Discover the winners of ECG season 8!

After months of competition, the most talented European cosplayers met on Saturday, July 7, on Japan Expo's Ichigo stage to face each other during the European Cosplay Gathering finals. We now know the names of the winners!

The representatives of the 14 European countries participating in the ECG have walked in front of thousands of Japan Expo attendees, by group or in solo, during the contest finals. After a memorable show, the verdict came and crowned this new season's winners!

In the solo category:

1st : Poland with Luiza in a costume from Overwatch
2nd : German with PandoraCos in a costume from Moana
3rd : Switzerland with Cide in a costume from Vikings

In the group category:

1st : Czech Republic with Ali, Germia, and Ketrin in costumes from SMITE
2nd : Germany with Shiroku and Chiko Chan in costumes from Fate Grand Order
3rd : Switzerland with Syf and Ailyta in costumes fromThe Witcher 3

The Best Wig Award was given to UruharaFC, the Finnish representatives!
